In addition to empowering you to edit your website that we’ve created for you, if you have a current website that was created by another entity, but never received training on how to use it, we do offer training packages on that too. We are most skilled in using WordPress, but if you use a different platform, reach out to us, as it’s possible we can still offer you some training!
We can also provide you with some personalized, one-on-one trainings in specific pain areas you’re experiencing. If you’re looking for simple ways to boost your SEO, we can offer you a check-list that ensures you’re hitting all the SEO basics. We have used Yoast for many years on many different websites, and can share best practices when using that SEO plugin. We also find that creating your business’s Voice is super important in today’s day and age, and we really enjoy helping businesses find theirs. We have also found that exceptional customer service is a dying art in today’s society, and yet it is so important to offer it! If your or your employees could use a refresher in customer service, it would be our absolute pleasure to provide you with that training. Lastly, if you need assistance in setting up programs such as MailChimp, Constant Contact, Hootesuite, or other business tools, we have experience with these and many more.
